3x People Administrator opportunities available (6-Month FTC) - Ocado Logistics



Location: Hybrid - 2x days a week in Hatfield



Contract: 6-month fixed term contract



Start Date: Immediate start



Department: People Services Team





We're excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for three detail-focused administrators to join our People/HR team at Ocado Logistics on a 6-month secondment basis.

What you'll be doing:





As our People Administrator within our People Services Team, you will act as the first point of contact for employee queries across our workforce of over 16,000 colleagues. You'll take full ownership of each enquiry, providing clear, accurate, and timely support from initial contact through to resolution, using a range of HR systems.


In addition to query management, you will also support with data reporting and analysis, maintain internal trackers, and contribute to the effective management of people-related data and processes

Your responsibilities will include:



Responding to colleague queries across our HR systems, providing accurate and timely information Managing people-related administrative tasks, including system access, data updates, and audit checks Using Excel/googlesheets to generate and maintain reports for people data

We are looking for someone who:



Has a background in administration, customer service, or hospitality, and is confident working at pace. Is naturally curious, a fast learner, and enjoys solving problems. Delivers brilliant customer service with a friendly, professional tone. Is organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple queries with care and accuracy. Has excellent written communication skills and can adapt messaging for different audiences. Is proactive, resilient, and thrives in a changing environment.
