Key Responsibilities:
The role of Administrator will ensure the service administrative functions are running efficiently to provide a positive environment for the clients to achieve their goals and the service to report accurately and in a timely manner to all stakeholders both internal and external.
The successful candidate(s) will be able to demonstrate:
Proven good experience of working successfully in a similar administrative job role within a busy work environment
Demonstrable ability to plan, organise and prioritise your tasks to effectively meet your objectives to the expected quality standards and time scales with minimal supervision
Demonstrable good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information to a wide range of stakeholders in a clear, effective and professional manner
Demonstrable ability to manage finance processes, cash handling and recording financial data accurately using spreadsheets and/or an accounting system
High standard of literacy in English and numeracy at the level required to fulfil your duties
