Join this highly successful team as a Post 16 Administrator and contribute to the success of the students. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.

:

  • Maintain and update attendance registers, including daily updates.
  • Schedule meetings for the Post 16 team with students and families.
  • Send correspondence to families regarding attendance concerns.
  • Assist the Post 16 team in communicating with parents and students regarding poor attitude to learning, underachievement risks, and other matters.
  • Support the organization of Post 16 events, including parents\' evenings.
  • Coordinate event logistics, send communications, arrange facilities, and assist TLR 5 holders.
  • Facilitate student recruitment, plan open evenings, communicate event details, and support enrolment.
  • Assist with the pastoral work of Post 16, working with form tutors and communicating important information to tutor groups.
  • Maintain and update student files, including the Archive cupboard.
  • Maintain and update notice boards and attendance boards.
  • Establish and maintain a continuity file/calendar.
  • Order and distribute lanyards and stationery.
  • Take and keep notes for team meetings.
Student Services:
  • Collaborate with Learning Managers to support student welfare.
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for students.
  • Document student concerns and notify relevant stakeholders.
  • Coordinate support services, including counselling, inclusion, and SEN teams.
  • Track implemented interventions.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
