Customer Service Administrator



25,000- 26,000 per annum



Hours: 08:00-16:30, Monday-Friday



28 days (including Bank Holidays)

My client are an established business with trading experience in delivering quality services and building fantastic customer relationships. They are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their expanding team.

Main duties include:



Acting as the first point of contact, you'll answer inbound calls from customers, checking their eligibility for products & services

You'll book visits and organise diaries between customers and field staff, sending confirmations and reminders so no one misses their appointment time

You'll capture customer details accurately, complete forms and documents, and keep the inhouse CRM up to date

You'll work alongside the sales team, chasing outstanding information and calling customers back to verify details

You'll carry out follow-up calls which will turn enquiries into installations

Experience & skills required:



A "can-do" attitude and the ability to multitask

Strong English: clear spoken and written communication

Confidence on the phone - friendly, professional and organised

Able to pick up new systems and processes quickly

Eager to do well
