We're looking for an

Administrator

who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to administrative schedules.

Job Title: Administrator

Salary: 28,051 per annum

Contract: Permanent

Type of Employment: Full Time

Hours: 40 hours per week

Location: BAE Systems, Warton Aerodrome, Bryning-With-Warton, Preston, Lancashire, England, PR4 1AX

Role Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support across a variety of tasks and systems, such as Payroll, Car Park Admin and Maximo. Act as a central contact for the team, managing calls and communications. Support monthly reporting and maintain shared drive documentation. Coordinate consumable/PPE/uniform/stationery orders.

What we're looking for:

Experience in administration or customer service. Strong IT skills, especially with Microsoft Office. Ability to prioritise, multitask, and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
