Working closely with Client Advisors the role of the Client Advisor - Administration will be to maintain strong Client relationships. You will support with strong Administration / Commercial and Organizational skills.

Annual Salary c 30,000 - 35,000 dependent on experience

THE ROLE OF THE ADMINISTRATOR - PRIVATE BANKING
Will work as part of the Private Banking - Client facing team to offer comprehensive support - including
Provide Admin support pre Client Meetings - this will include an updated Risk Register
Prepare Meeting Packs and attend Meetings as needed
Keep in contact with Clients as instructed via Telephone / Letter and Email
Raising Invoices and Posting Payments
Preparing Reports / Analysis / Investment Trends etc for Year End Client Review
Ad hoc tasks as needed
This role is for someone who will enjoy a mix of high level Administration and strong Client Interaction.
