We are seeking a confident, professional, and highly organised Property Administrator to act as the face and voice of our company. This is a varied and fast-paced role, supporting a busy office, housing officers, and maintenance team while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
The successful candidate will work closely with clients, contractors, and local authorities, managing portfolio voids, office administration, and contractor coordination. You will play a key role in maintaining full occupancy across our property stock and supporting the ongoing growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming calls
Portfolio void management with Local Councils and Government bodies
Booking jobs, managing contractor diaries, and liaising with suppliers
Assisting Directors and teams with office organisation and administration
Preparing quotes, correspondence, spreadsheets, and working documents
Submitting data to accounts and maintaining accurate filing systems
Managing office keys, supplies, and general office operations
Supporting the management of multiple estates across London and surrounding areas (some travel required)
Assisting Housing Officers and Maintenance teams to ensure properties remain fully occupied
About You
Minimum
3 years' property administration experience
Highly organised with strong time-management skills
Able to work under pressure and unsupervised
Professional, friendly, and confident with excellent customer service skills
Polite and professional telephone manner
Excellent spoken and written English
Strong working knowledge of
MS Office
Team player with initiative and a proactive mindset
Smart appearance and professional manner
Interest in property development
Able to support and mentor junior team members
