We are seeking an organised, motivated individual to join our busy agency team. This position provides a varied workload, combining administrative support with direct involvement in property-related projects and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls and emails with professionalism and efficiency
Assist senior colleagues in preparing marketing materials and presentations
Update and manage property listings across multiple platforms
Carry out initial property checks, including land registry searches, planning research, and AML compliance
Attend client meetings and support with agreed follow-up tasks
Candidate Profile
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confident IT user, proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher, Teams)
Experience in commercial property is desirable but not essential
Strong attention to detail and comfortable handling numerical data
Audio typing skills would be beneficial but are not a requirement
A collaborative team player with enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
