The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive
Administrator
to support our busy Credit Control team. This vital role will ensure our accounts and finance operations run smoothly by managing administrative tasks across customer accounts and finance platforms.
You'll be responsible for maintaining key documentation, entering customer data, assisting with invoice-related queries, and helping to streamline various financial processes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to join a growing company, with a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to teamwork.
Core Responsibilities
Portal & Certificate Management:
Maintain insurance and invoicing portals; order HMRC certificates as required.
CRM/Data Entry:
Enter customer orders into our CRM system (Naviga*) and maintain accurate data records.
Invoice Support:
Send out copy invoices, bank details, and receipts to customers as requested.
Customer Liaison:
Confirm receipt of payments and communicate updates to both customers and the Credit Control team.
Account Maintenance:
Add and update email addresses and other customer details on the system.
Vendor Onboarding:
Complete and submit vendor forms as required by customers or internal processes.
System Setup:
Assist in setting up invoicing portals for new clients or events.
Admin Support:
Support with any other daily tasks as guided by our Credit Control Manager, to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department's activities.
Ad-hoc Duties:
Undertake any other duties as requested.
Key Skills
Attention to Detail:
Exceptional accuracy in data entry and documentation.
Organisation:
Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Communication:
Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
Tech-Savvy:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with CRM systems is a plus.
Team Player:
Collaborative attitude with a willingness to support team objectives.
Proactive:
Can-do attitude and readiness to take initiative on process improvements.
Customer Focus:
Professional and helpful when liaising with both internal stakeholders and external clients.

Proven experience in an administrative role (essential)
Education:
Educated to degree level/qualification is a bonus, but not mandatory.
