We're looking for an
Administrator
to join our
Realisation Team
, providing essential back-office support to business operations across the EMEA region.
This role is based in our
South Woodham Ferrers office
and supports multiple international offices. It's a great opportunity for someone who enjoys structured administrative work, working with systems such as SAP, and collaborating with colleagues across teams and regions.

What will I do?
In this role, you will:
Carry out
SAP data entry
related to trade transactions across EMEA operations
Monitor tasks and manage deadlines to ensure all processing timelines and closing procedures are met
Support
daily and monthly closing activities
Communicate regularly with LPC teams and international offices via
email and Microsoft Teams
Maintain high levels of accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism in all activities
Take part in training and development activities, building knowledge and reducing the need for double checks
Complete ad-hoc administrative tasks as required by the department and management
Ensuring knowledge is maintained and continuously developed
Building positive working relationships with our customers and LPC colleagues
Storing and maintaining audit documentation in line with Data Protection Regulations
What We're Looking For?
We're seeking someone who's not only skilled but also brings a positive and proactive approach to their work. Here's what makes you a great fit:
GCSE Maths and English (pass or higher)
Confidence using
Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Word
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Experience using
SAP or accounting systems (desirable but not essential)
Familiarity with trade, logistics, or financial process
Experience working in a
professional office environment
(any sector)
Good time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
Willingness to learn new systems and processes
A collaborative mindset, with the confidence to ask questions and flag issues when needed

What are my hours of work?
Non-peak Monday to Friday 8am - 4.30pm
Peak (last working day and first 4 working days of the month) Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
