At Willows Care Home, we know that running a great care home starts with a well-organised, professional team behind the scenes. As our Administrator, you'll work closely with the Home Manager and senior team to ensure the home runs efficiently, while being a welcoming and reassuring presence for residents, families, and visitors.

27,040 per annum
Hours:
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm
In this essential role, you'll lead the front-of-house operations, acting as the first point of contact for visitors and phone enquiries. You'll also coordinate with internal teams, external agencies, and partner organisations to support resident admissions and day-to-day running all with a warm, professional approach.
What you'll be doing:
Greeting visitors, families, professionals, and suppliers with a friendly, professional manner
Managing incoming calls and emails with confidence and care
Supporting the Home Manager and senior team with vital administrative duties
Liaising with the finance, HR, marketing teams, and external partners like GPs, hospitals, and social services
Conducting show-arounds for prospective residents and supporting the admissions process
Logging enquiries and ensuring timely follow-up with potential residents and families
Maintaining accurate electronic records and documentation
Helping the administration team keep internal communications and systems running smoothly
What you'll bring:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both face-to-face and on the phone
A warm, approachable, and professional attitude
Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail
Confidence using multiple IT systems and office software
Experience working in a busy administrative or front-of-house role
The ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
