We are a growing property maintenance company based in Royston, Hertfordshire, delivering retrofit and energy efficiency upgrades within the social housing sector. With a strong reputation for quality, compliance, and customer care, we are looking for an organised and proactive Administrator to support our office and site teams in delivering projects efficiently and professionally.
The Role:
We are seeking a confident and detail-oriented
Administrator
to support our operations team with a range of administrative tasks related to retrofit works (e.g., insulation, heating upgrades, ventilation) on social housing contracts.
This is a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, strong communication between teams, and the accurate management of data and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a central point of contact for administrative support within the retrofit project team
Schedule appointments and coordinate access for surveyors, installers, and tenants
Maintain and update project databases, trackers, and documentation
Liaise with housing associations, residents, and suppliers to coordinate works
Process purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices
Ensure compliance and documentation is correctly filed and ready for audits (PAS2035 / TrustMark compliance)
Support with monthly reporting and KPI monitoring
Provide general office support to the operations manager and project teams
Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative role (property, construction, housing, or maintenance industry preferred)
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Familiarity with retrofit processes, social housing, or PAS2035 compliance is a plus
Professional, reliable, and proactive attitude
