Job Summary


Term Time role where the ideal candidate will provide administrative and financial administrative support to the team and office. To enable the Playgroup Leader, Senior and Committee to deliver a customer focussed service more effectively and efficiently. The role would be based in the setting either three mornings a week or 1.5 days to be negotiated.

Duties



Managing correspondence via email, phone, and postal services Organising and maintaining files, records, and documentation in both physical and digital formats Supporting funding requests and financial data management Providing supporting information for payroll and Accountant Data entry & data management Assisting with invoicing, billing, and basic bookkeeping tasks Handling incoming calls and directing enquiries to appropriate staff members Preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed

Experience



Previous administration experience is essential Strong computer literacy Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively Good communication skills Previous clerical experience is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for specific software tools Previous experience working in an Early Years or school setting advantageous
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.52-12.90 per hour

Expected hours: 9 per week
