Team Based Administrator
18.75 hours per week based in Rugeley for a fixed term 18 month contract.
We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Team Based Administrator to provide vital support to our new Enhanced Autism Support and Empowerment (EASE) team. This is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of a dynamic, person-centred service that empowers children and young people and their families.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our services. From managing communications and scheduling meetings to maintaining records and supporting service delivery, your contributions will directly enhance the experiences of those we serve.
Provide administrative support to the EASE team, including minute-taking, diary management, and dealing with correspondence.
Maintain accurate and confidential records of service users and team activities.
Support the organisation of training sessions, workshops, and events.
Act as the first point of contact for enquiries from service users, families, and professionals.
Process referrals.
Liaise with internal departments and external agencies to support team operations.
Support data collection and reporting requirements for monitoring and evaluation.
