Job Description

We have a great opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our friendly team based in Bulford, Wiltshire.

As a Support Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting our Senior Managers with a wide range of administrative tasks. This is a perfect position for a proactive and organised person, looking for variety in their day-to-day work.

We have both part-time and full-time hours available, so if you're highly organised and have excellent communication skills, we'd like to hear from you!

Responsibilities (but not limited to):



Managing and coordinating diaries, meetings, and appointments, ensuring effective time management and prioritisation. Preparing, collating, and distributing meeting agendas and minutes; following up on agreed actions. Supporting the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of senior managers. Email management. Maintaining and updating departmental records on our systems. Supporting project administration tasks including tracking progress, compiling data, and maintaining documentation. Assisting with the organisation of internal and external client meetings. Managing confidential information with professionalism and discretion at all times. Providing general administrative support to the wider management team as needed. Raising purchase orders and providing invoices Occasional travel to our main MoD Housing sites (Larkhill, Aldershot, and Faringdon), and to client sites within the same areas (Larkhill and Aldershot), as required to support operational or management meetings.

What are we looking for?



Proven experience in an administrative or PA role Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Proficient in using Microsoft 365 Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. High attention to detail and accuracy. Discreet and trustworthy when handling confidential information.
