Office Hours are Monday to Friday, ideally starting around 8.30 am
We are currently seeking an experienced administrator working at our Chichester campus. The key focus of this role is to support a range of Undergraduate/Postgraduate Programmes. You will provide efficient, effective and professional administrative support to students, staff, and other stakeholders, working collaboratively to enhance administrative processes and the student and staff experience. The post holder will work as part of a team sharing and managing a wide range of administrative systems, tasks and liaising with external creative teams to support our many productions.
You will need a good general education to A level or equivalent, with a high standard of literacy, numeracy, IT, attention to detail and good interpersonal and communication skills and respect confidentiality. This role is busy with tight deadlines; you'll have to manage and prioritise workload and build relationships. It's important you're approachable, adaptable and conscientious with a strong student focus. Previous administrative experience is essential, ideally within a similar environment using shared inboxes and workloads.
