You will oversee administrative systems, support the Home Manager, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations, with reception support available.
What You Will Be Doing
Managing administrative systems, including resident agreements, payroll, recruitment, and compliance.
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all documentation is up to date.
Supporting the Home Manager with administrative tasks and regulatory requirements.
Handling enquiries and providing excellent customer service to residents, families, and external stakeholders.
Ensuring smooth communication and coordination between different teams.
What We Are Looking For
Strong administrative and organisational skills, with great attention to detail.
Good IT skills and proficiency in using databases and office systems.
Experience in an administrative role, ideally within healthcare or a regulated environment.
Understanding of compliance and regulatory processes.
A professional, approachable, and efficient working style.
