Keychange Charity is a Christian charity with a long history of providing high-quality care, support and accommodation for older people and women experiencing homelessness. Guided by values of compassion, dignity and inclusion, we work to create safe, welcoming communities where people are respected, supported and enabled to live well.
Are you an organised, people-focused administrator who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly? Do you want to use your skills in a role that genuinely makes a difference to the lives of older people?
We are looking for a committed and proactive Administrator to join our Roselawn Residential Care Community. This is a key role within the home, providing essential administrative and financial support to the Registered Manager, staff team and residents.
About the Role
As Administrator, you will be at the heart of the home's day-to-day operations. You will ensure that administrative systems are well-maintained, accurate and compliant, enabling the care team to focus on delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing reception duties, answering phones, handling post and coordinating appointments
Supporting recruitment administration, including maintaining staff files, training records and online systems
Overseeing financial administration such as invoices, petty cash and residents' incidental accounts
Maintaining accurate records for residents from initial enquiry through admission and discharge
Minute-taking meetings and distributing documentation
Supporting and coordinating the Meaningful Occupational Programme
Ensuring administrative systems meet regulatory, legislative and best-practice standards
About You
You will be highly organised, reliable and able to manage multiple priorities with confidence. You will be comfortable working independently, while also being a supportive and collaborative team member.
You will bring:
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence working with financial and record-keeping systems
Experience in a similar administrative role, ideally within health, social care or a regulated environment
A values-driven approach aligned with compassion, dignity, inclusion and quality
Why Work for Us
At Keychange Charity, no two days are ever the same. Each day brings variety, purpose and the opportunity to make a genuine difference. You will be part of a close-knit community where people support one another, celebrate successes together and face challenges as a team.
While this is an administrative role, the impact of your work will be felt every day by residents, colleagues and families. Your organisation and professionalism help create a warm, well-run environment where people feel safe, supported and valued.
We are proud to be a wellbeing-led organisation. Your health and wellbeing genuinely matter to us. Each community has a Wellbeing Champion supported by a Wellbeing Lead at Head Office, with regular wellbeing sessions focused on physical and mental health.
