Key Responsibilities:
Manage office operations including filing, data entry, and document management
Answer phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner
Maintain and update records, databases, and MRP system
Handle confidential information with discretion
Qualifications:
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Skills:
Previous experience of administration within an Engineering environment
Customer service experience

Office-based role with standard business hours
