We are looking for a Part Time Administrator to join our Advice & Support Service in Birmingham (BASS). This role is flexible with a combination of working from home and in the Birmingham office.
As part of the role you will:
Dealing with incoming enquiries via the telephone, email and online and signposting to our other teams.
Supporting the Team and Sensory Service Manager to collate statistical data, using spreadsheets and data recording systems to analyise information.
To take the lead on creating content for BID's Social Media pages, promoting the BASS service.
To be successful for this post:
Be a proactive, organised individual. The role is demanding and it's important you are motivated to support with contractual deadlines.
Feel confident using and adapting spreadsheets to gather data. An excel/IT qualification is advantageous.
Have excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn British Sign Language.
Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Up to 9,549.44 per year
Expected hours: 15 per week
Work Location: Hybrid remote in West Midlands B16 8SZ
