Location: Winchester School of Art
Salary: \xc2\xa325,742 to \xc2\xa328,759 Pro rata per annum
Part Time Fixed Term for 12 months

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and proactive administrator to join the Winchester School of Art Faculty Operating Service.

We are a collegiate team who work with a range of Academic and Professional Service colleagues to provide high level administrative support. Part of the Faculty of Arts and Humanities, the successful candidate will be based at Winchester School of Art with the opportunity to work flexibly through our hybrid working model from both office and home.

You will have:

  • Relevant experience and success in similar work in administration
  • Up-to-date MS Office skills, including Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint
  • Ability to independently organise activities and events (plus schedules, diaries, meeting arrangements, etc), whilst prioritising a conflicting workload
  • Ability to use own initiative and suggest and implement practical and effective solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience in taking meeting minutes
  • Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends
