Job Description

The University of St Andrews is seeking to appoint a highly organised, skilled, and proactive Administrator to join our dynamic and evolving Communications, Marketing, and Public Affairs Unit.

As a key member of the Communications, Marketing, and Public Affairs team, you will provide vital administrative support across all areas of our work. Operating in a fast-paced environment, you will bring a positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within a collaborative and supportive team.


Reporting to the Head of Public Affairs, you will support the day-to-day operations of the Unit, assisting colleagues across the three teams. Your work will contribute to the effective coordination of campaigns, content, and projects aligned with the University Strategy 2022-2027. This is an exciting opportunity to join a small but essential team at the heart of one of the UK's leading universities.



The role is primarily based at Walter Bower House, Eden Campus, as part of the wider Communications, Marketing, and Public Affairs team. Remote working will be available in line with the University's hybrid working policy.
