We are recruiting for an Administrator (Contract Ready Case Handler) based in our St Leonards on Sea office.
This role would suit a person who has a background in administration who is looking to branch out into the legal sector.
Key responsibilities of a Contract Ready Case Handler:
Assist the Property Lawyers by progressing cases to the point a buyer is found and contract can be issued.
Carry out reviews of Land registry information
Review relevant documentation to ensure all necessary information is complete.
Communicate with clients and all third parties professionally and thoughtfully
Liaise with 3rdparty associates to help progress client cases.
Proactively progress cases through our case management system.
Raise matters of concern and interest with your line manager to ensure that cases are progressing.
Skills and experience of a Contract Ready Case Handler
Have a friendly customer service attitude.
Experience is a benefit but not essential as full training will be given.
Demonstrate a professional work ethic.
Excellent time management and prioritisation skills to manage a large case load.
IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
Outstanding customer care / customer service experience.
Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
