We're looking for an

Administrator

to join our

STL Team

, providing essential back-office services to our customers.

This role supports multiple business divisions across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, working from our South Woodham Ferrers office. It's an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with systems, processes in a structured and collaborative environment.

What will I do?



In this role, you will:

Processing and SAP entry for non-trade and payment workflows Expense processing using Concur and related systems Maintaining, creating, and updating user details across internal systems Managing workloads for multiple offices in line with specific office regulations and policies Assisting with the maintenance of operating procedures Communicating effectively with senior team members and management Taking part in training activities and supporting developments within the department Ensuring knowledge is maintained and continuously developed Building positive working relationships with our customers and LPC colleagues Storing and maintaining audit documentation in line with Data Protection Regulations

What We're Looking For?



We're seeking someone who's not only skilled but also brings a positive and proactive approach to their work. Here's what makes you a great fit:

GCSE Maths and English (pass or higher) Confident user of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. A collaborative team-player mindset Punctuality and effective time management Clear verbal and written communication skills Previous experience working in a professional office environment. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing. A proactive and collaborative mindset, you enjoy helping others succeed.

What are my hours of work?



Non-peak Monday to Friday 8am - 4.30pm Peak (last working day and first 4 working days of the month) Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
