Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Stockport Talking Therapies Team for an experienced administrator to join our dedicated team.



To provide high quality administrative support ensuring that the highest standards are maintained in line with the Trust's policies and procedures.



To receive and deal with all incoming telephone calls and take messages as appropriate in a professional, polite and efficient, in a manner that is consistent with Trust policies and procedures whilst presenting a positive image of the service

Ensure priority referrals are processed within a timely manner adhering to service policy and procedures at all times.

Take a key role in managing waiting lists and allocating patients to appropriate therapists.

Ensure accurate recording and updating of data systems, both manual and computerised and respond to requests for reports from both local and national systems.

You must be confident in the use of a range of computer applications, including Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Word.

Assist the triage team by ensuring referrals are inputted and all relevant documentation uploaded from various data systems within strict timescales. This will also include stringent checking to ensure accurate and up to date information is provided.
