Principle purpose of the role



The Administrator will provide high-quality, flexible administrative support to Connective Care Group's central services teams, including Operations, Marketing, and HR.

This role is remote and varied, helping projects and processes run smoothly across departments. From managing diaries and documents, to supporting HR processes, to assisting with reports and marketing tasks, you'll ensure that central functions operate efficiently and effectively.

Reliable administrative support across operations, marketing, and HR, improving workflow efficiency. Streamlined filing, document management, and communication systems to support remote working. Timely delivery of projects and reports by ensuring data and admin tasks are accurate and well-organised. Acting as a first point of contact for enquiries, providing professional and consistent responses. Improved collaboration across central services by being a proactive, dependable team player.

Key responsibilities



General administration

Provide day-to-day admin support to central services teams. Manage shared inboxes, handle queries, and redirect appropriately. Maintain digital filing systems, ensuring documents are organised and accessible. Schedule and coordinate meetings, including diary management, agendas, and minute-taking. Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and data packs.
Operations support

Support operational projects by tracking tasks, collating updates, and maintaining records. Process supplier documentation as required. Monitor and maintain accurate records in systems and spreadsheets. Assist with policy and procedure updates, ensuring the latest versions are stored and circulated.
HR administration

Provide administrative support for various internal and external HR campaigns. Support onboarding processes (offer letters, contracts, induction packs). Maintain accurate HR records, ensuring compliance with GDPR. Assist with employee engagement activities and training coordination.
Marketing support

Assist with content scheduling (social media posts, newsletters). Maintain mailing lists and support email campaigns (ensuring GDPR compliance). Help collate case studies, photos, or updates from staff for communications. Track engagement data and compile basic reports.
Continuous improvement and collaboration

Suggest and implement improvements to admin processes. Collaborate across functions, sharing updates and ensuring smooth handovers. Provide cover for other central services colleagues during absence or peak workload. Uphold the organisation's values in all communications and interactions.

Person specification (skills & attributes)



Some experience in an administrative role (remote or multi-team support desirable). Strong IT skills (Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Confident with digital communication platforms (Zoom/Teams, email marketing tools, HR/CRM systems). Excellent organisation, time management, and attention to detail. Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritise, and work to deadlines. A proactive, flexible, and team-oriented approach. Understanding of confidentiality and GDPR requirements.
