We are now seeking an Administrator to join our growing team.

The Role



You'll play a key part in supporting the smooth running of sales, and marketing via administration. From handling enquiries to assisting with promotional campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:



Provide professional written and verbal communication across internal and external enquiries. Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and respond to enquiries with a flexible approach. Work independently and collaboratively within the team environment. Maintain strong attention to detail in all processes and ensure work is well-organized. Support the sales and marketing team with administrative tasks and project coordination. Use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and graphics packages) to create and manage documents. Support the creation of social media and marketing materials. Assist with maintaining CRM systems to track leads and sales activities.

About You


We're looking for a proactive, well-organized individual who is eager to contribute to a busy team while developing their own skills.

Essential Skills & Experience:



Strong written and verbal communication skills. Flexible and adaptable approach to work. Confident when handling objectives, with a resilient and positive outlook. Excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented. Reliable and able to manage workload. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Comfortable using social media for business purposes. 2 years' administration experience.

Desirable:



Experience with CRM systems. Ability to support marketing content creation (digital and print). Strong customer service skills. Driving licence (preferred).

Self-motivated and eager to learn. Strong team player with collaborative mindset. Professional, approachable, and resilient under pressure. Able to balance multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
