Summary
We are seeking an Administrator to join our transport team at Advanced Access Platforms Ltd. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our business by supporting various administrative functions. Your contributions will be essential in maintaining our high standards of customer service.
Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with health & safety, vehicle checks.
Liaise with drivers and ensure compliance with regulations.
Monitor fleet performance and maintain accurate records.
Handle logistics issues and ensure timely dispatch.
Coordinate with other departments to support business operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative activities.
Requirements - The ideal candidate will have:
Experience in transport admin or logistics within construction or infrastructure sectors.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
Knowledge of plant equipment, haulage requirements, or permit systems (desirable).
Confidence working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with software systems such as delivery booking platforms, TMS, or Excel
.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
