To help us continue this vital work, we're looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Administrative Officer to provide key support behind the scenes.
Main job responsibilities:
Responding to customer enquiries quickly and effectively, ensuring great service every time.
Maintaining and updating internal systems such as MIS with key information about repairs, complaints, and their resolutions.
Keeping essential records up to date, including the asset data register and other internal registers.
Providing general administrative support to the Building Safety Team to help deliver their work efficiently.
We're looking for someone who has:
A qualification at Level 2 in English and Maths
Experience and knowledge of using IT based information to compile and produce reports, ideally with knowledge of housing management systems.
The ability to effectively use Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
Excellent customer service skills.
Experience of providing support to a number of people within a team environment.
Excellent administration and organisational skills.
