Admiral is a friendly, family run Self Storage and Van Rental business in WS2 8TF.

We're looking for a team player who's happy to roll up their sleeves and get involved in every part of the business where no two days are the same!

If you're an articulate, warm communicator with excellent IT and administrative skills, and consider yourself to be a people person, we would love to hear from you.

This customer-facing role will be a great fit for someone who's had administrative or accounts roles in the past.

The successful candidate will receive hands-on training and ongoing support from our experienced team.

Job Summary:



The Role will include:

Dealing with both public and corporate clients on the phone, in person, and by email. Processing and managing bookings, ID checks, payments, documentation and check in/out for storage and van rental customers. Maintaining Health & Safety records and protocol. Supporting colleagues across all roles to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the business.

The ideal applicant will:



Ensure all customers and visitors are dealt with promptly and courteously, in a welcoming and professional manner. Have outstanding customer-service instincts; being able to communicate well at all levels. Be tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly. Demonstrate excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Pay close attention to detail, ensuring tasks are handled with care and accuracy and that documentation is thoroughly checked and compliant. Remain calm under pressure, showing resilience, flexibility, and a solution-focused attitude. Have held a full UK driving licence for at least 3 years.

This is a permanent role; we are happy to consider applicants seeking full- time or part-time hours. The number of hours is negotiable; to be discussed at interview stage and will depend on the skills you can bring to the business.

The successful applicant will be included in our customer services team rota, shifts may include:

7:45am - 7:00pm (Weekdays) 4:00pm - 7:00pm (Weekdays) 7:45am - 5:00pm (Saturdays) 11:45am - 4:00pm (Sundays and some Bank Holidays)

Salary: From 12.21 per hour - depending on relevant experience and skillset.
