A new opportunity has arisen for a probate administrator to join our friendly Valued Estates Ltd team, an independent Probate Administration company based in Hertfordshire.
Job Role:
To manage estate administration caseloads and assist other team members with general administration to meet client's needs.
Main Duties
Answering phone enquiries with professionalism, warmth and empathy
Handling your own caseloads of Estate Administration, from start to finish
Liaising regularly with clients and keeping them informed every step of the way
Following company processes and legal procedures and the legal probate administration process with attention to detail
Required Qualifications and Skills
A natural organiser and have a methodical approach
Great attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently, be self-motivated as well as the ability to work alongside the team
Respectful and understanding of the client's needs and to be empathetic to their situation
A friendly, approachable personality. We're looking for someone who brings a smile and a positive attitude to our close-knit team and to client communications
Any experience in legal or probate services would be beneficial, however full training is provided, so no previous experience within the industry is needed.
