is seeking an

Administrator

to join our operations support team where you will be supporting the Services UK division, working as part of a team in our

Warrington Office

.


This is a 40hr a week, hybrid role (2 days home working 3 days office based), working Monday to Friday.

What you'll be doing




As our Administrator, you will support the team on a variety of administration tasks within the fleet, logistics and health and safety areas of our water operations sector. This will include supporting the management and field-based teams in resolving operational issues such as:

Deal with all incoming calls and supporting the team with general office administration including responding to emails, collating and distributing reports and updating databases etc. Organise courier collections and deliveries and deal with all incoming and outgoing post Responding to email enquiries, communication with Engineers, Suppliers, and customers Updating information on RPS in-house systems Act on jobs allocated through an online help desk system Communicating with our clients in relation to new starters and confirming back to them when registration is complete Process orders and raising purchase requisitions Booking travel and hotel bookings

Who we're looking for?



Previous experience in an administrative role preferred Good IT skills, with previous experience of working with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Excellent organisational skills Ability to work in a team environment with the drive to use own initiative Ability to work unsupervised Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Flexible, with a can-do attitude to tasks A full driving licence preferable Keen eye for detail Fast paced environment Self-motivated and highly organised Excellent verbal, written and numeracy skills
