About The Role




We have an opportunity for a Business Administrator to join a friendly team working from our Northern office on a fixed term basis to the end of December 2026.

The purpose of the role will include;



Support the Group functions with a range of administrative tasks. Collection and preparation of Analytical data for Group reporting / initiatives. Provide admin support / analytical support relative to Development processes / Innovation Projects. Provide support for Shareholder reporting (admin and analytical). Manage the IC / GP administration processes. Maintain and reviewing filing systems to ensure information is current and available. Support the effective running of the office. Provide adhoc project support. Other adhoc administrative tasks commensurate with the grade of the role

About You




Proficient IT skills, particularly in the use of Microsoft Office packages and Outlook Strong organisation skills and close attention to detail Self-motivated to deliver a high quality of work Able to take a professional and flexible approach Excellent written and verbal communication skills Exceptional attention to detail Experience of working in an administrative support role Strong team player with a desire to learn and contribute to the success of a busy professional team Possess a positive "can do" attitude
