F&I Group has an exciting opportunity to recruit an Administrator to our expanding team.
Duties will include:
Answering calls
: Use a computerized switchboard to answer and connect calls to the right person or department (full training will be provided)
Operating a switchboard
Taking messages
Providing assistance
: Answer initial inquiries and provide assistance with making calls
Providing basic administration
: Perform basic administration tasks
Updating directories
: training matrix, various registers
Ordering
: Placing orders for materials and sundries
The ideal candidate should have the following skills and qualities:
Good communication skills
A friendly, helpful, and patient manner
A clear voice and good listening skills
The ability to work well in a team and on your own
Initiative
Assertiveness
Some keyboard and IT skills
The ability to use standard office equipment such as photocopiers
