Duties:
- Perform data entry tasks to input and update information in computerised systems
- Maintain organised and efficient filing systems for office documents
- Utilise Microsoft Suite and other software applications to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and organise files
- Provide clerical support such as photocopying, scanning, and uploading documents to the cloud
- Assist with any other ad hoc admin tasks as required by the team
- Type and proof read correspondence and other written materials
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate individuals
- Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information or assistance
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in computer applications including Google Suite and Microsoft Office, including OneDrive, Excel, Outlook and Word
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy
- Knowledge of proper phone etiquette and professional communication skills
- Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in data entry and document preparation
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
You will be joining a well established, friendly team in our Horndean offices (Waterlooville, Hampshire).
The role is full time Monday to Friday 40 hours a week (start and end times can be flexible)
Experience of the care sector would be beneficial but not required.
This is a full time permanent position, Monday to Friday. Part time hours are not available for this position.
