Chislehurst Plumbing & Heating Ltd are a company which are well established and always growing. This would be a full time position Monday to Friday 08.00 - 16.00. This position is key within our business as it keeps everything together to help the business run efficiently and ensures we respond quickly and efficiently to our clients. The two company directors will be giving this person direction and assist with training at the start.
Responsibilities and Duties
Daily Duties
Preparing invoices / sending invoices
Entering works orders into our company database
Managing and dealing with the daily emails & phone calls
Booking in jobs with clients
Diary management between our engineers
Building relationships with our key clients
Liaising with our engineers throughout the day
Ad-Hoc Duties
Sending out reminder letters each month using Microsoft Word
Process ad-hoc payments as necessary
Any other duties required by the Company Directors

Qualifications and Skills
Required experience/skills:
Be confident using Microsoft packages including Outlook
Good / Professional communication skills
Must be very organized with the ability to multi-task
High degree of accuracy & attention to detail
