These roles offer the opportunity to develop and specialise in either Customer Service Administration or Logistics Administration, depending on your strengths and long-term career goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support across customer service and logistics functions
Support the post-sales process, progressing customer orders from receipt through to manufacture and dispatch
Ensure all finished goods are collected and delivered to customers on time and in full
Coordinate with haulage companies to meet delivery deadlines and customer expectations
Liaise with internal departments to ensure product availability for dispatch
Communicate effectively with customers, providing timely updates and resolving issues
Maintain accurate records of orders, stock, and deliveries
Handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
About You:

Proven administrative experience (ideally in a manufacturing environment)
Customer service or logistics administration experience would be desirable but not essential
A keen eye for detail and a high level of accuracy
Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
A confident telephone manner and excellent communication skills
Strong organisational and time management abilities
The ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure
A proactive, can-do approach with the ability to work independently
A natural team player who supports colleagues and contributes positively to the team
Flexibility and resilience in a fast-moving environment
