Key Purpose of the Role



We are seeking a detail-oriented Trading Administrator to support the Buyers and Trading Manager in the day-to-day execution of Trading tasks. The successful candidate will play a key role in getting products and promotions live on site, maintaining product detail, and ensuring smooth coordination across the Trading Team and wider business.

Key Responsibilities



Provide support to the Trading Team on a daily basis Download brand images and file within structured Dropbox folders Creation of new SKUs Populate, maintain, and import data from shared spreadsheets Promotional set up Product maintenance Importing promotional pricing Price list maintenance Proofing Mailers, flyers and packaging artwork COSSH sheets maintenance & collating warranties/returns policies
The list of above duties is not exhaustive, and the individual may be required to adapt in order to respond to the organisation's requirements when requested by their Line Manager or Director.

Person Specification



Experience and confidence in using Excel is

essential

Experience in using MS Navision is desirable Excellent organisation and time management skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines Attention to detail Approachable with strong interpersonal skills Conscientious approach with the ability to be flexible Ability to work well in a team and independently whilst working from home.
