The Role - Administrator
Based at RAF Valley, Anglesey, your duties will primarily involve providing administrative support for the contract work we undertake on the MOD base and your responsibilities will include, although will not be limited to:
Updating and maintaining the clients Maximo database daily, including managing all responsive and planned maintenance jobs, and reviewing before issuing to Engineers
Liaising with managers, subcontractors and suppliers and raising purchase orders as requested.
Data entry of accounts and job specific data onto Sage system
Assisting with the administration of the ISO Quality, H&S and Environmental standards
Scheduling of statutory testing of equipment
Answering the phone and directing callers
Assembling O&M Manuals for completed project work
Carrying out general administrative duties as directed
Carry out any other duties that are within your skillset and abilities whenever reasonably instructed
Our Requirements - Administrator
Proven experience gained within an office administration role
Successful candidate must pass BPSS Security Clearance due to working with highly sensitive software
IT literate, with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel including with VLOOKUPs etc.
High level of attention to detail
Accurate and timely data entry and typing skills
Self-motivated and enthusiastic to learn, with a 'can-do' and flexible attitude towards tasks
Strong communication skills with a professional telephone manner
Ability to multitask and perform under pressure

Permanent contract, working- Monday-Friday - 8am-4pm inclusive of 30-minute unpaid lunch.
Salary up to 27,000 (pro rata if part time) with the level dependent on experience
