We have a great opportunity available to join Novus Cambria, our prison education provider at HMP Berwyn, as an Administrator. This position is offered on a permanent basis and is part-time, working 16 hours per week.

HMP Prison Berwyn is a Category C prison in Wrexham County Borough, Wales. It accommodates a male population. It is the largest prison in the UK, opened in 2017, and is operated by His Majesty's Prison Service. The prisons aim is to create an environment in which staff and prisoners feel safe at all times. The prison's mission is to provide a secure, safe, and rehabilitative environment that encourages positive change and prepares inmates for a successful reintegration into society.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience





To be successful in this role, you will need:


Good literacy and numeracy skills - GCSE Maths and English at Grade C or above Appropriate Business Administration qualification at L2 or above Experience of efficient administration within a busy office environment Meet delivery targets, KPIs and plans, as required Experience of using a variety of Microsoft Office packages including Excel and Word
