In this role, you will play a crucial part in face-to-face contact with Patients, Clients and Clinicians. Key Responsibilities:
Register patients and book appointments.
Accurately input data into our systems following established procedures and guidelines.
Review and verify the accuracy of information before entering it into databases.
Identify and correct errors in data entries to ensure data integrity.
Collaborate with team members to resolve data-related issues and discrepancies.
Adhere to data confidentiality and security policies.
Answer queries of clients regarding services provided and of patients regarding services, appointments, bookings, forward phone calls etc.
Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, printin
Maintain a clean workstation and office
Person specification:
? Proven experience in reception and administration or a related field
? Proficiency Microsoft Office applications, Good IT literacy and skills, Exceptional Excel skills is a must
? Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
? Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
? Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
? Effectively manage time
? The ability to travel between both office sites
? Demonstrate high-level of responsibility and autonomy
? Understanding of Confidentiality and GDPR policy
? Highly organised, planning skills and ability to meet agreed targets
? Capability and capacity to adapt to changing environments and work-flow

Working Arrangements:
This position is for 5 days a week, 37.5 hours and you will be required to work
flexible working shifts between 8 to 4pm, 9am-5pm and 11am to 7pm within the Monday to Friday working days.

Pay : National Minimum Wage/National Living Wage
Location: Boston, Spalding, Lincolnshire - Occasional cover at our Spalding premises is required.
