to support the day to day running of our busy electrical contracting business. This is a varied role that will suit someone who is confident with administration, customer communication and basic accounts tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Booking jobs in with customers and scheduling engineers
Answering and directing incoming phone calls
Responding to emails and customer enquiries
Raising and sending invoices and quotations
Chasing outstanding payments with customers
Allocating incoming payments and reconciling accounts
Reviewing supplier / sub-contractor invoices and allocating when to be paid
Liaising with engineers regarding jobs and schedules
Providing daily administrative support to the Directors
General office and administrative duties as required
About You
Previous admin and/or accounts experience preferred
Confident using email and basic computer systems
Strong organisational and communication skills
Professional and polite when dealing with customers
Able to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
Experience with invoicing or accounting software is an advantage
