Overview


We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised Account Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing accounts and ensuring smooth administrative operations. This position requires proficiency in various software applications, strong clerical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.

In accordance with the Equalities Act 2010 Part 1; Schedule 9, there is a genuine occupational requirement that the post holder be a Christian.

Responsibilities



Maintain accurate records of accounts and transactions using QuickBooks and other accounting software. Perform data entry tasks with precision, ensuring all information is up-to-date and correctly documented. Manage office correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and other communications, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation as required by management. Organise and maintain filing systems for easy retrieval of information. Collaborate with team members to support administrative functions and improve office efficiency. Utilise Google Suite for various tasks, including document creation, spreadsheet management, and calendar scheduling.

Qualifications



Proficient in computerised systems with a strong understanding of QuickBooks and Google Suite applications. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong clerical skills with attention to detail in data entry and record keeping. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on professional phone etiquette. Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred but not essential. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
