Job Type:

Permanent, Full-time

Shift and Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, between 8am-6pm

Your Role:



As a Trainee Global Visa Specialist, you will be key to delivering seamless visa processing services, ensuring the accurate management of applications, offering expert advice and guidance to our clients, and building strong relationships through exceptional customer service.

Your responsibilities will include:

With support and guidance from senior colleagues, researching and providing expert advice to customers in completing application forms for visas, passports, and associated global immigration services Ensuring customers have clear understanding of the requirements and that all applications and documents submitted are accurate, complete and timely Providing customers with an overview of what to expect form the process, any issues with timelines and providing regular updates throughout the process, given that visa applications can be very stressful to clients. Logistical planning of each job from beginning to end, ensuring every aspect of the job has been thought through and organise. Liaising with suppliers/embassies/agencies. Researching changes to visa and immigration laws and sharing that knowledge with the rest of the team. Supporting with business development by building and keeping rapport with current clients. Meeting with clients over teams, phone calls and email. Building and maintaining excellent customer relations with current and potential clients and passing on any issues of concern to the Head of Global Visas in a timely manner. Looking for opportunities to "upsell" services and passing on any ideas or leads to the Head of Global Visas and/or Managing Director. When required, provide proactive administrative support, including Visa support to the Visa Specialists ensuring accuracy across all visa applications

What We're Looking For:



High level of literacy and numeracy. Strong project management skills, and experience of successfully running multiple projects simultaneously. Foundational knowledge of visa and passport requirements and processes around the world, and the ability to research, understand and accurately advise on developments together with a willingness to learn. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to quickly gain credibility internally, externally and to provide reassurance to clients. A strong track record in and dedication to first class customer service. High level of integrity and professionalism with the ability to demonstrate diplomacy, trust and confidentiality and a "can-do" attitude
