We're looking for an administrator/dispensary assistant with impeccable communication skills, who can provide excellent customer service to our clients. Must be computer literate, capable of working in a fast-paced environment, and able to multi-task. This position requires a high level of professionalism and organisational skills, and will assist in the smooth running and overall success of our practice.
Responsibilities:
Answer telephone calls.
Answer questions from patients who are calling for information.
Greet and direct callers, visitors, and patients to appropriate staff and areas of the practice.
Be knowledgeable of the structure and function of the practice.
File, distribute, and retrieve documents for different departments.
Use a computer for data entry; maintain patient database; update patient files; and schedule appointments.
Know when to ask for help from other staff members.
