Located on site with our client you will provide administrative support for the HR function to the business.
The role is for 20 hours per week work 4 days a week, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 5 hours a day.
We are looking for a detail orientated individual with a passion for administration and a keen interested to develop in a Human Resources role.
Responsibilities will include:
Provide a comprehensive administrative support to the HR Team.
Manage and maintain HR records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality and compliance.
Assist in the co-ordination of recruitment processes.
Manage the on boarding process.
Handle employee inquires and facilitate effective communication with the department and wider business
Generate reports and maintain documentation to support HR initiatives
