We are a fast-growing Multi-Disciplinary Private Healthcare Clinic in Central London, home to over 20 clinicians across Physiotherapy, Sports Therapy, Osteopathy, Chiropractic, Massage and Acupuncture.

Admin & Marketing Assistant

to support our management team while developing real marketing skills from a senior marketing specialist.

This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys organisation, thrives in a busy environment, and is excited about building a long-term career in marketing or operations.

Role Overview



You will work closely with our managers to streamline their workload, handle important administrative projects, and contribute to marketing campaigns and content. This role provides hands-on mentorship and exposure to marketing strategy, digital content, and private practice business growth.

Key Responsibilities



Administrative Support



Assist managers with key tasks, project coordination, and day-to-day operational needs. Take ownership of administrative work that frees up managers to focus on higher-level responsibilities. Prepare documents, reports, and clinic resources. Organise internal workflows and follow up on tasks to ensure smooth operations. Support with general clinic organisation and problem solving.

Marketing Support



Assist the senior marketing specialist with campaign execution. Help create and schedule social media content. Support with newsletters, website updates, and patient communication materials. Track marketing data, leads, and performance metrics. Contribute creative ideas to strengthen brand presence and community engagement.

What We're Looking For



Essential



Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Confident, professional, and proactive. Good working knowledge of Word/Excel/Outlook and general digital tools. Independent worker who takes initiative and follows tasks through to completion. Genuine interest in learning marketing and developing new skills.

Desirable



Previous admin, assistant, or support role experience. Experience with social media, Canva, or content creation. Interest in healthcare, fitness, or wellbeing. Familiarity with marketing tools or analytics platforms (training provided).

25,000-30,000 salary + on-target earnings (OTE).
