Are you an organised, detail-focused administrator looking for your next challenge? We're seeking a Void Coordinator to join a busy property team in Hertford, helping to ensure empty homes and refurbishment projects run smoothly and efficiently.
What you'll do:
Prepare, review, and coordinate small-scale projects (Empty Homes/Voids) alongside supervisors.
Ensure all projects meet deadlines and timescales.
Liaise with clients and the wider team to keep everyone informed of updates.
Support larger projects as required.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including safety certificates, legal documents, and other compliance paperwork.
Communicate with stakeholders daily via email and telephone.
Who we're looking for:
Minimum 2 years of relevant administration experience.
Knowledge of landlord certifications and building regulations is a plus, but not essential.
Familiarity with Microsoft Project or similar software programs.
Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
