What you\xe2\x80\x99ll be responsible for: \xc2\xb7 Maintaining the confidentiality and security of data for persons who use our service in accordance with Trust policy. \xc2\xb7 Use electronic health records systems and enter information accurately. \xc2\xb7 Undertake a range of administrative duties including processing referrals, booking appoint-ments, communicating with GPs and other health care professionals via telephone, email and letters. \xc2\xb7 First point of call for telephone enquiries to the service. Booking appointments, dealing with enquiries/messages and transmit to team members according to priorities, maintaining a helpful and courteous manner at all times. \xc2\xb7 Respond and action administrative queries from wider team on a day-to-day basis. You\xe2\x80\x99ll learn the following whilst working at the trust: \xc2\xb7 An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times \xc2\xb7 A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation You\xe2\x80\x99ll have the following skills/experience: \xc2\xb7 Excellent organisational skills. \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of Microsoft Packages e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. \xc2\xb7 Previous admin experience \xc2\xb7 Previous NHS experience \xc2\xb7 NHS Systems Knowledge (desirable) \xc2\xb7 IAPTus knowledge (desirable) This role may require you to show evidence of vocational level 3 qualification or at least 2 years administration experience.
