Job Description

We are seeking a professional and highly organized intuitive

Receptionist

to support our internal operations in our dental lab called Subtech Dental Lab. This role is primarily

administrative and office-focused

, with minimal to no direct client-facing responsibilities. The ideal candidate will manage phone inquiries, support internal workflows, and ensure the office/lab runs efficiently. This position requires someone who is confident working

both independently and as part of a team

, with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in office software.

Managing our phone system and direct internal and external inquiries appropriately to lab technicians and relevant staff Carry out administrative duties, including maintaining internal logs of products and signing them out when posting them Scan models of received impressions for internal processing Coordinate and manage daily tasks for our courier driver Perform accurate data entry into our system (Evident), maintain digital and physical filing systems, and update records using Microsoft Excel Support general office administration, including organizing supplies and handling internal correspondence via email and WhatsApp group chats Provide professional support to staff over phone, email, and internal channels (minimal client interaction) Proofread internal documents for accuracy and clarity prior to distribution Maintain a clean, organized office environment and ensure office equipment is functioning properly Opportunities to learn new skills and grow within the role Stable, consistent work schedule of 9am-5pm Monday- Friday

Skills & Qualifications



Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). On-the-job training provided for all systems and processes. Strong organizational skills with excellent time-management abilities Confident working

both independently without supervision and collaboratively within a team

Experience with making phone calls and professional phone etiquette Ability to perform clerical tasks--data entry, filing, proofreading--with accuracy and attention to detail. Previous administrative or office management experience preferred Friendly, professional communication style suited to internal coordination Strong computer literacy and familiarity with office equipment Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Personal assistant or dental experience is advantageous Ideally local to Aldershot or within a close range of the lab/office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 13.20-15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
